Rosie’s House is a place where music-makers, nonprofits and community members collaborate, perform and connect. We offer quality recording, gathering and performance spaces for individuals and groups of up to 150. Whether you’re looking for space to record a podcast, present an educational workshop or host a special event, Rosie’s House is the setting that will strike the right note.
How to Reserve Space at Rosie’s House
1. Review the requirements
Rooms must be reserved at least two weeks in advance of rental date by completing and submitting the online reservation forms in the following sections. Rooms are subject to space and date availability.
2. Find the space for your needs
View the Rosie’s House Floor Plan and Building Rental Fees sheets to find the perfect space for your event. You can reserve a single studio for a private recording or our Performance Hall for large groups (155 capacity).
3. Reserve your space
Complete the Building Use Request Form and the Liability Waiver Agreement and email them to Clarissa Flores at clarissa@rosieshouse.org. You will receive confirmation of your reservation.
4. Secure your reservation
Your confirmation will include a copy of our Building Use Policies and Procedures and an invoice. Please note that your payment confirms that you have read and agree to our policies and procedures.
First-time users
If this is your first time renting space at Rosie’s House, please connect with Clarissa Flores at clarissa@rosieshouse.org to review the process. She also must be notified of any event that will take place over three or more days.
