Rosie’s House Welcomes Marisa Calderón to the Board of Directors

A lifelong Phoenician, accomplished business leader, and musician, Marisa brings deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, community leadership, and arts advocacy to our mission of transforming lives through music.

Leadership in Digital Marketing and Business Growth

As Senior Director of Account Management for Scorpion’s Home Services Premier team, Marisa leads a national team helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through advanced digital marketing and technology. Her work boosts brand visibility, generates high-quality leads, and delivers measurable results.

With 15+ years of experience—including senior roles at Gannett and Hensley Beverage Company—she has led multimillion-dollar portfolios and high-profile campaigns for events like the Super Bowl and NBA All-Star Weekend. Her expertise in media strategy, enterprise leadership, and multicultural marketing will help advance Rosie’s House’s mission and reach.

Dedicated to Community and Arts Access

Marisa has a proven track record of community service in the Phoenix area. She has held leadership positions with the Junior League of Phoenix, Phoenix Suns Charities SC88, the ASU Hispanic Business Alumni Chapter, and has served as a Fiesta Bowl Ambassador.
She is also a graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute, Valley Leadership, and Tempe Leadership.

Fluent in Spanish, Marisa has championed multicultural outreach throughout her career, aligning closely with Rosie’s House’s commitment to equitable access to the arts.

A Lifelong Musician Supporting Free Music Education

Marisa’s connection to our mission is personal. As a proud alumna of the ASU Sun Devil Marching and Concert Bands, she continues to perform on alto saxophone with the Del Sol Brass Band and the Phoenix Pioneer Band.
Her own music journey fuels her passion to ensure that all children—regardless of financial means—can experience the creativity, confidence, and opportunity that music provides.

Strengthening the Rosie’s House Mission

At Rosie’s House, we believe that music education for youth is a powerful tool for building community, fostering creativity, and creating pathways to success.
With Marisa’s strategic leadership and deep commitment to the arts, we are confident she will help strengthen partnerships, expand our reach, and make an even greater impact on Phoenix youth.
