Amber Johnson, CFRE

Amber Johnson is pleased to serve the Rosie’s House community through her experience in nonprofit communications and development work.  Having previously worked for education and human services nonprofits,  Amber loves bringing people together to do good work and create opportunities for others.

Amber is passionate about Rosie’s House’s mission.  She is a musician herself, having studied Classical piano since she was 6 years old.  Amber knows first-hand the value of music education and the depth of meaning and identity that can come from studying music.  Playing piano and flute was a large part of Amber’s youth, and she values the friends and experiences she had while growing up.  She is honored to work towards bringing those same opportunities to other youth who might not otherwise have them.

Amber holds undergraduate degrees in Music and Arts Management from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s in Music History from Arizona State University.   She continues to play piano with friends and performs in the Arizona community.
