David Weinglass is a Manager of Finance at APS. He has been with the company for six years and currently supports the Customer Service, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Supply Chain organizations. In his role, Weinglass develops and establishes new finance processes and budgets that ensure the company can accurately forecast financial targets. He also has work experience in policy development, financial operations, strategic planning / business development, and process improvement. Weinglass’ subject expertise spans renewable energy and traditional energy.
Weinglass earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Masters of Environmental Science degree from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before completing his Master’s degree, he worked in the Wisconsin State Senate as a Legislative Aid.
David’s nonprofit experiences outside of Rosie’s House have included playing bass in the APS band to raise money for Arizona based organizations, pro bono consulting work for a Michigan based music education organization, and business planning for a San Francisco area sustainability nonprofit think tank.
