Lilly Gonzalez (her/she/they), as Communications & Marketing Manager, guides the organization’s outreach to students, the public, and the large community of Rosie’s House. Her primary role responsibility is the development, implementation, and management of all communications and marketing activities of Rosie’s House.
As a purpose-driven communications leader, Lilly is passionate about opportunities to champion people, partnerships, and initiatives that drive the elimination of barriers to music. She brings nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit communication experience, building communications and marketing that deepen understanding, spark engagement, and advance movements.
Lilly is an active volunteer energized about advocacy and helping others. Her volunteer engagement with organizations like America Reads, Local First, Rainbow Fest, Phoenix Pride, and Rock the Vote continues to foster community connections. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the School of Community Resources and Development at Arizona State University. She enjoys adventuring outdoors, creating in the kitchen and lives in downtown Phoenix with her husband, dog, and a fat cat.
