Marisa Calderón
Marisa Calderón is the Senior Director of Account Management for Scorpion’s Home Services Premier team, where she empowers small and medium-sized businesses to grow through Scorpion’s advanced digital marketing and technology platform. She leads a team focused on driving visibility, generating high-quality leads, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes for clients across the country.
Marisa brings over 15 years of leadership experience from Gannett, where she held senior roles across enterprise data management, client success, digital strategy, and media sales. As a Senior Client Success Manager for LOCALiQ Executive Accounts, she led a $4.5 million portfolio supporting national enterprise clients, including an NBA and WNBA team. Her expertise spans digital advertising, integrated media strategy, and cross-industry account leadership.
Earlier in her career, Marisa oversaw corporate promotions and media for Hensley Beverage Company, the Phoenix Anheuser-Busch distributor, and contributed to high-profile activations for the Super Bowl and NBA All-Star Weekend. Fluent in Spanish and experienced in multicultural marketing, she also helped launch Phoenix’s first bilingual radio station, 95.1 FM, serving as Director of Promotions and Marketing.
A native Phoenician and second-generation Sun Devil, Marisa holds a BS in Marketing and a BA in Spanish from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College and the W. P. Carey School of Business.
Marisa is deeply committed to community leadership. She is a graduate of Tempe Leadership Class 40, Valley Leadership Class 27, and the Hispanic Leadership Institute. She has served on boards and committees including the Junior League of Phoenix and Phoenix Suns Charities SC88. She is also a Fiesta Bowl Ambassador and served as a Fiesta Bowl Princess. She dedicated 10 years to the ASU Hispanic Business Alumni Chapter, serving two terms as President, and completed a four-year term on the W. P. Carey Alumni Board of Directors, including two years as Vice President.
Outside of work, Marisa enjoys traveling, live music, sports, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends. A lifelong musician and proud alumna of the ASU Sun Devil Marching and Concert Bands, she currently performs on alto saxophone with the Del Sol Brass Band and the Phoenix Pioneer Band and previously performed with the Cross Town Players.
