Megyn Neff is an active performer, educator, and arts advocate across the valley. A born and raised Phoenician, Ms. Neff is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Performance Pedagogy with Dr. Katherine McLin at Arizona State University, and holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Northern Arizona University. She has been a member of the West Valley Symphony, Arizona Pro Arte Ensemble, Arizona Broadway Theatre, Flagstaff Symphony, and has been invited to play in the Downtown Chamber Series, OME New Music Marathon Festival and ChamberLab concert series (Tucson). As a member of the former Haven String Quartet, she studied chamber music with members of the Brentano, Tokyo, and Ying Quartets, and at the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival (VT).
Ms. Neff is drawn to the cross-pollination of classical, folk, and indie rock genres, and is currently a member of several different bands and ensembles that compose and perform original music exploring these styles. Ms. Neff also has a passion for teaching students of all ages, and operates a private Suzuki violin studio out of her home in Central Phoenix.
