Rosie’s House Guitar program is a great place for students to take their first steps into music lessons and explore their creativity. There are three levels of group classes available: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Students learn how to read music notation, play scales and chords, and apply music theory to play chords progressions and songs. The group class environment offers students the opportunity to collaborate with their peers and support each other in their learning. As students progress through the program and grow in their abilities, they demonstrate an increase in confidence in themselves. They frequently perform for each other in class. At each class level students are encouraged to learn how to play their favorite songs and create their own chord progressions and songs. Every class level explores a variety of musical styles and allows each student to find the sounds that give them joy.
