Lilly Gonzalez (she/they) is the Communications & Marketing Manager at Rosie’s House, where she has guided the organization’s outreach and community engagement for the past two years. She is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all communications and marketing activities that share the Rosie’s House mission with students, families, and the wider community.
A purpose-driven communications leader, Lilly is passionate about creating opportunities that eliminate barriers to music education. In her time at Rosie’s House, she has significantly expanded the organization’s reach and visibility. She led the launch of Make Music Phoenix, a city-wide celebration of music that in its second year grew to feature 115 artists at 18 venues, reaching over 5,700 attendees.
Lilly has also been instrumental in building partnerships that place Rosie’s House students on major stages, including the M3F, the Phoenix Symphony, and El Puente. Her work includes representing Rosie’s House at community events like First Fridays at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix and launching a newly redesigned, mobile-friendly website, now accessible in both English and Spanish, to better serve the entire community.
Lilly is an active volunteer, energized by advocacy and helping others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University. She enjoys adventuring outdoors, creating in the kitchen, and lives in downtown Phoenix with her husband, dog Zoey, and a fat cat, Cosmo.
