So Scottsdale
We are thrilled to share that our CEO, Becky Bell Ballard, was recently featured in So Scottsdale magazine, offering a window into the heart of our mission.
Her leadership is driven by a powerful personal story. As Becky explains in the article, her own access to music education was a privilege made possible by her father, a research scientist who came from humble beginnings in rural Idaho as the son of a blacksmith.
“That is why I serve in my role,” Becky shares, “so that every child, regardless of their financial background can have the same life-shaping opportunity that music gave to my family.”
This deep commitment—to see and nurture potential in every child—is the core of what we do. It’s a commitment felt deeply by our families. As one mom recently told her, “Rosie’s House believes in your child before the world does.”
This is our “why.” We exist to ensure that when creativity is nurtured, opportunity multiplies for all.
