Mario Aniles

Mario L. Aniles is the Principal at Aniles and Company, PLLC, one of the few minority owned Certified Public Accounting firms in the state, Aniles started his career at Amerco/Uhaul as a founding team member of SAC Holdings, a real estate investment holdings subsidiary. Aniles later joined Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. one of the largest Latino Community Development Corporations in the country, where he led the finance department during the organization’s national expansion and budget growth exceeding $100 million. Aniles worked with the Housing Authority of Maricopa County and led the financial transition to redevelop $130 million in new affordable housing throughout Maricopa county and has helped establish and grow multiple non profits. Aniles works with small to large non profits and for profits in the areas of accounting, assurance, compliance, tax, and financial strategy.

Aniles has served as board member or officer with Local First, Phoenix Center for the Arts, the Alliance of Arizona Non Profits, Open Hearts, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. Aniles’s family immigrated from Chihuahua, Mexico and planted roots in Arizona where he attended ASU for his undergrad, GCU for his MBA and Harvard for an Executive Leadership program.

Aniles is a proud husband and father to his two children and enjoys hiking and mountain biking.
